I do miss to go to the gym... Now I'm in a new country and new city is impossible to find time to go ... First o need to schedule my job and studies, time for eat... I do meditate but isn't enough... I need machines, iron, sweat, I need weight into my life! But cero stress!

This is my freshly made meal after work.

Pork shoulder about 1/3, 2/3 or more are frozen green beans, frozen peas and a fresh almost half a kilogram of broccoli. All in all, it's about half a kilogram of food if we were to take in to consideration about 50 g of glass noodles. The bulk of it are veggies and bit of meat for iron. Also... (edited) read more
