Does personality algorithm matter?

I have interest in 2 women online that are both overseas. Both of them have resulted in about a week of conversations. Throughout these conversations, there's been good intellectual, emotional, spiritual conversation and beginnings of developing a connection with each of them. I'm a very considerate person of others, and easily give unconditional love unto others. It will be a while before I decide whole heartedly to meet in person with either of them. And I won't make a decision about pursuing a committed relationship until after I meet up in person at least once. The conversations are amazing and wonderful with each of them. 
What precautions/ boundaries should I put in place within conversation to protect either of them from potential having hurt feelings until I decide. I have informed each of them that we're just getting to know each other and it will be a while before potentially meeting. I also encourage each of them to pursue what they feel best is for them and if they meet someone locally that makes them happy to pursue that, as it's more realistic in becoming their life sooner than waiting on meeting me. 1 of them I likely will never meet due to their and mine circumstances and she's aware of this, however we've already developed a closeness to one another on a spiritual level. And like I said, I love unconditionally, however I know most people have a very difficult time loving another unconditionally. I really just want to be mindful of the feelings and wishes for each of these women while also carefully choosing what I want in life. 
Advice, opinions are all welcome even if I agree with them or not.
