Magnesium, and running till your lets feel like jelly. Donkey kicks to work out unused calcified muscles in your butt. Most people have weak asses today. Its a weak ass-epidemic, literilly. Working unused muscles leads to exhaution way faster than you could expect. Riding horses had me asleep before my head hit the pillow
