How did you recover from break up? Any tips?
For me, I would say give yourself space from that person. Really feel the pain and reflect on the relationship. Don’t forget to do self care. My self care consists of sleep, massage, rest and shopping. Prioritize yourself and yourself only. Self love is not selfish. I even made a “f*** it era” episode of my life. 😂🤣 Also hypnosis might work, there’s a switch somewhere that you can just turn on and off, next thing you know your ex looks like golum 😂🤣

I think it's important to not be naive and take accountability in the things that you have done wrong in the relationship. You have to accept what was your fault in order to learn, grow and improve from previous mistakes. Time is the most important, don't keep engaging with the person after the break or the wounds will not have time to heal.

depends on the relationship.
first gf I broke up with her, i was in a very dark place, very depressed, felt i wasn't good enough for her and I decided to dump her. i still miss her.

second one was different she broke up with me because her mother was controlling and manipulative. like every single mormon wife. hope she opened her eyes, if not idc.
