Недавно поняла, что, если есть выбор поговорить с женщиной или с мужчиной, скорее всего, предпочту мужчину. 

То, о чем говорит среднестатистическая женщина, мне чаще всего не интересно. 

Зато узнавать про машины, ремонты, рыбалку и футбол - нравится, даже если не пригодится. И так, в общем-то, было всегда. Если об этом говорит женщина - тоже с удовольствием.

Да и в целом мужицкая атмосфера мне просто приятнее и понятнее. Как-то заряжает, что ли. Потому, что я выросла без отца?

Обратная сторона этого - "ты хороший друг, но плохая девушка". Когда я прихожу в компанию, вижу просто людей, к которым у меня нет никакого влечения. И я без понятия, как дружеское общение переходит в романтику. И меня, скорее всего, как девушку не видят.

Не люблю и не особо умею в игры, флирт и вот это вот всё.

Я умею хреново быть мужчиной - но всяко лучше, чем некоторые биологические мужчины, которых я встречала. И на порядок лучше, чем умею быть женщиной.

В последнее время я начинаю думать, что, видимо, счастье, как я его вижу, у меня не сложится. Потому, что я вне социального романтического инфополя и вне системы дейтинга.

Ну, какая есть, такая есть.

I recently realized that if I have the choice to talk to a woman or a man, I will most likely prefer a man.

What the average woman talks about is usually not interesting to me.

But I enjoy learning about cars, repairs, fishing, and football - even if it won't come in handy. And that's pretty much how it has always been. If a woman talks about it, I'm happy to listen too.

Overall, the masculine atmosphere is just more pleasant and understandable to me. It somehow energizes me, I guess. Is it because I grew up without a father?

The flip side of this is "you're a good friend, but a bad girlfriend." When I enter a group, I just see people I have no attraction to. And I have no idea how friendly communication turns into romance. And they probably don't see me as a girl.

I don't like and I'm not particularly good at games, flirting, and all that.

I'm pretty bad at being a man - but still better than some biological men I've met. And a lot better than I am at being a woman.

Lately, I've been starting to think that, apparently, happiness, as I see it, won't come together for me. Because I'm outside the social romantic information field and outside the dating system.

Well, it is what it is.

Потихоньку на стадии торга в том, что, возможно, так и не встречу.

Finding your person seems incredibly difficult.
Slowly coming to terms with the fact that I might never meet them.
Is it sad? Yes.

I've been autonomous long enough, and for me being solo in a good way is a natural state.

It hurts to do this - and to return to myself with the feeling of a punch in the solar plexus because something didn't work out. It's unpleasant that it makes me doubt myself as a person.
