Pili nut cookies

Last night I baked this sweet treat, my dad brought Pili from our farm in Albay I wanna showcase local taste and incorporate it to my latest hobby. (Pili nuts are a signature, nutrient-dense nut from the Bicol Region, Philippines, known for their buttery texture, rich healthy fats, and minerals.) (edited)

Getting closer to a finish on this classical horse monument study. A tribute to ancient power and beauty. The main head and plinth are done, with all that texture created solely by stippling (Pigma Micron 005).

Under the sea, but make it monochrome. 🖊️ Really pleased with the payoff on this Brown Crab; the texture was a challenge, but it ended up exactly where I wanted it.

First time trying risotto.
