Yee Sang (鱼生, also called Yu Sheng or Prosperity Toss) is a Chinese New Year tradition where a vibrant Cantonese raw fish salad; with shredded vegetables, sauces, and crispy crackers, is tossed high symbolizing abundance, prosperity, and good fortune.
