What do you do to cope with stress and frustration from people and life?

Genuinely starting to believe most people in my life are nuts and I’m trying not to crash out 😭 I have coping skills, but my goodness, are they being put to the test

I had a crash out >.<

I went 3-1 in a tournament at a local game store for the TCG, and didn't make Top Cut (Semifinals) despite the 3 wins 1 loss record. There were two other 3-1s and two 3-0-1s. I politely smiled, walked outside, walked out of ear shot of anyone so no one could listen, and pulled a Canari.
