I feel so alone..

I know I'm not. There's so many people on this planet. But it's just a feeling.. and with that being said, I know I'm not alone.. In general I love being alone. I crave being alone. Being alone always sounds so refreshing actually. But it's good to have company once in a while.. I am a night owl.. and I can't change. Sometimes I go out at night, and I'm in my car, and.. I see city lights and pretend so.eone is enjoying the view with me.. Sometimes, I see all the buildings I pass by, and think, I should go up there, and pretend I'm visiting someone I know.. then decide not to, because I don't want to instill fear in anyone.. I know the limits.. So I drive around, and pretend.. pretend that, someone is at home waiting for me.. someone really needs me.. And then I think.. my cat loves me.. she needs me.. she's always at my side.. I mean.. she's here now! So.. why am I so lonely??? Oh well, I guess.. I'll continue watching Stranger Things.. season 4.. I'll pretend that.. I have friends that live nearby.. Thanks for.. anyone reading this..

I understand this fully. It's nice being alone and it brings me peace but it does get lonely. I have my dog at home and she's full of energy and keeps me plenty of company but there's just that gnawing feeling in the back of my mind. It would be nice to have someone to come back home from work to or to ask about my day or say good morning/night. It's pretty much the same routine every day but I'm hoping that changes at some point.
