Healthy Fat - avocados, nuts, seeds, etc Lean Protein - chicken, fish Complex Carbs - Eat whole grains, fruits and vegetables, etc Protein shakes with oats, yogurt, etc Also drink lots of water.

Glad I'm not the only person that needs ro gain weight in a health way. I just try to eat nuts and avocados. My doctor also told me that bacon would work for me, so that might work too.

Lol I read this wrong the first time πŸ˜…πŸ˜… gain weight huh? Well doing this healthily involves endurance exercises and extra portions of protein, like meat and nuts not absolutely not protein drinks. Just look up exorcises like planking, pushups jumping jacks or martial arts stuff, the arobic kind but with lett energy behind it and more holding positions till you're sore. This will build muscle weight without getting super defined and looking like some weight lifter.

eat small quantities but more often and do intermittent fasting to stimulate your metabolism it should look like this: try to have 3 to 5 small meals in a 10h span, start eating at 12am and stop at 10pm (only drink water 10pm to 12am)

Also try to reduce sugars and stimulants like caffeine or energy drinks, these tend to make your system spit everything out faster than it can retain them while making you burn more energy than normal. Most importantly eat something richin protein but light before working out (peanut butter on celery, or a tuna sandwich as examples) Then eat as needed after. Lastly you'll want to start a routine in the morning at least five minutes, then when that's easy add another five minutes in the afternoon. Then add a minute to each one day at a time each time you feel the workout was easy.

Sleep Paralysis

At least once a month when I wake up, I can't move or speak. I know it's common in people with Sleep Apnea and Narcolepsy but I haven't been diagnosed with either. Does anyone else experience this? I just need to know I'm not alone because it's the scariest thing for me

So in 2020 I was diagnosed with a brain tumor, I had to learn how to walk and talk all over again. I want to work again, but if I get a job before I get my license again, I will get a very low income job. If I work too much I will lose my insurance. How am I supposed to get ahead in life?
