It's hard to mention the raw emotions you feel when it happens because English tends to generalize most emotions or feelings of any kind unless you compare it to an action. Like I could say that I'm emotionally drained and I feel like a wave in an ocean, seemingly moving in a continuous line when really I'm moving in the same cycle while relying on everything around me going perfectly just to stay together but that's the only real way to adequately explain that kind of emotion
