As night fell, the streetlights outside the window cast a faint glow that reflected in the empty room. I sat quietly in front of the window, my thoughts like the endless night, deep and confused. Memories came like a tidal wave, with bits and pieces of the past, like a picture that reappeared in my mind. Those once smiles have now become the heaviness of the heart. The passage of time makes me feel the relentlessness of the years, and the dreams and hopes I once had seem to be drifting away. Loneliness follows me like a shadow, tightly wrapped around me. Even though there are people around me, I am still lonely inside. It seems that what has been lost can never come back, leaving behind only emptiness and helplessness. The wind blew through the window, bringing with it coolness and silence. I closed my eyes and tried to smooth out the waves in my heart, but I couldn't hide the deep sadness. Perhaps, life is a lonely journey, everyone is silently suffering their own pain and helplessness. The night was already deep, and only my lonely figure was left in the silent room. I buried my head between my hands, silently listening to the call from the depths of my heart, hoping that one day the sadness would be slowly healed, bringing new hope and warmth.
