In my era of being fat before. It was not the most shameful part of being me. Actually I realize now Even being a mom, and being so muscular will .. In this world , being strict to healthy diet is not so easy though But after my health shutdown for half year. Now I cannot eat everything..

Its a long way run , even I don't eat too much coz I cannot digest all the foods I eat I am alway drinking water now if possible but about eating. Its sad to say I eat like a childs appetite.
