Its not about healing its about forgiveness and fear what i mean is forgiveness is not about being friends with or being kind to some one that hurt you its about making the choice to no longer let some one elses bad behavior have power over you thats what it means to forgive and that comes by no longer being afraid thats how victims or survivors call them what you want they keep thinking if they had to do it again they would do this different or that different or if it were to happen again they would do this thats the fear disguised as blame shame guilt that they did some thing wrong or didnt do enough it doesnt matter what you did or didnt do it happened reliving it again and again inside your head wont change it accept it that doesnt mean it was ok that just means it happened you can use it to become stronger or let it break you thats the choice

The problem with therapy is trust you cant trust am idiot that charges you and just names symptoms till some thing sticks thats not real therapy because you cant help some deal with trauma unless you have dealt with trauma in your own life thats forget the phds and degrees find a good support group with people who understand

The reason im so good at this is because I didnt learn how to help people in a classroom reading about teat cases i have seen and done things that most people can imagine and ive survived it i dont just tell people they need to feel better i tell them what actually works because I have gone through it myself
