Men have it Harder
Lol. Listen. I naturally desire the truth and I always hear this comparing game of who has it harder and honestly the idea of being a woman who has it hard, who needs help, who is a damsel in distress sounds lovely. But the reality of how I see it objectively right now. I think Men have it harder. I just think people don't care that much. Neither Men themselves or women care about Men having it harder. Even Norah Vincent. A woman, a feminist I might. A whole LESBIAN. Pretended to be a Man for a whole year and admitted it made her feel PRIVILIGED to be a woman. She came into the experience expecting top male privilege only to come out resenting women. Don't get me wrong women have it tough... but Men don't have it any easier. I do find it wholesome that a lot of Men want to prioritize women... I just find it rather old fashioned though and it contradicts with what people are trying to portray. That's what ruffles my feathers a bit. We prioritize those we see as more vulnerable. 1. CHILDREN 2. WOMEN 3. MEN For a society that is actively trying to defy traditional values. There are just core biological belief systems and desires that people can't help but having. And that also adds to why I don't believe in the concept of an equal society. I think it will eventually lead to destruction. At first I can see it being fun for women. I quite enjoy the balance of being infantalized with the balance of being prioritized. But I think future generations are gonna deal with the after math of our carelessness that they will resent.

I'd say in this day in age men as a whole have been put in a area where it's not great to be us. We're either lumped in together with the Ill mannered group and have to deal with the assumptions of being a creep weird etc. Making friends of the opposite genders is also hard because rather then giving them a chance we have to jump through hoops to prove we don't have an ulterior motive of some sort or are showing kindness for some type of favor in return. I feel like one of the main things that bother me the most is that amongst some of the female friends I have they would openly say that all men are basically trash and should die or something outrageous but then be like not you though, it doesn't make me feel any better about it. I just wish more or less that with all the movements and changes happening in this world that being a man doesn't grow into an unacceptable thing cause that's where it looks like it's heading at this point.

We all have it hard, I agree with you until the end. Men really need more mental health support. This is just personal opinion but I'm sure I can find research to support it, especially straight men, the world teaches them to be toxic and more toxic men just encourage more men to be like them because it looks good from the outside. Even me as a woman, coming from a family that taught me to never cry, no one died. We need to stop come off as and/or saying "we hate men", but instead, "hey,come join us, we want everyone to be safe and happy, and we need you to help us by understanding what we go through and you can tell us what you go through" We CAN have an equal society by stop looking down on one gender and instead following facts, appreciate everything that everyone uniquely bring to the society, people are unique individuals, by supporting each other and educate one another, includes men and LGBT+, I think it's the way that we will have an equal society.

I think it depends on the country, anf the situation. As a man I see positives and negatives to being a man. As a person that likes to travel a lot I feel a lot safer whereas I have female family members that always ask me to be by their side just in case Also periods sound awful The downside for men id starting to become education, men are just performing worse cause the education system isn’t built in a way where they can succeed, I myself don’t have trouble with that but I can see where many do Another problem is toxic masculinity, to this day I never cry cause I was told all my life to man up Another problem is men rarely get compliments and support when they’re at their worse and mental health issues tend to be left unaddressed
