Honestly Cardio is pure torture what doesn’t help is the extreme heat tho the gym is airconditioned🥵. On a lighter note I hit my 500 calorie goal yeay🍾 Soo Proud of me🥳 And my gym hair for today, Did arms and cardio session✅
