What got you into Meditation?

Personally, I started it to help with my anxiety and depression and its given me a healthy coping mechanism to use when I get overstimulated and stressed!

Started with reflection and then introspection and then it evolved with meditation. To see the world and imagine more but also to recenter and reground after a long week or if emotions run high. To control your breath and be aware of everything and nothing. ❤️ ☯️ It's a pretty magical thing

insomnia, I went 6-8 months getting 3-4 hours sleep x6 per week. I was up no matter what I did whether, that was reading , yoga or meditation. I had to regularly force myself to sleep.
