I mean it sounds easy and like low reqirements, but there is so much more needed than that. Especially the last point can only develop over time - the problem is how to begin, and how to open up to let intimacy happen and trust to develop. Like would you choose me then for example if I tell you I would fulfill all the points? You would probably call me a fool at best or a liar at worst. There have to be attraction, first physically, then, during the chat, there have to be developed interest towards each other - naturally, not forced. And at some point it needs dedication and commitment for both to say: let's bring this to a higher level. If it would be just that easy..
