Because of overlapping exercises that use my posterior chain, I haven't shrugged for almost a month. I didn't increase yet because I have been running low on strength around rep 5. Maybe I should add more weight and stop at rep 5, or try to see if I can shrug to a higher height?

I don't get why girls under the age of 40 feel the need to use the art of heavy filters on all their profile pics... lol... Guys appreciate it more if you rep the real you... just sayin.
