I only started doing this specific movement in the summer, as I've never heard of it but combining a frog squat with a good morning has really really helped me progress faster with my one rep max low bar squat. For the Difficult
Anderson Squats...aka bottom up squats are hard yet surprisingly was going so well that I ended up working up to 95% of my current 1RM. Definitely squatting a PR next Saturday. Kang Squat PR last week, did high bar Bulgarian Split Squats today, which I prefer low bar, yet will help nonetheless
