Meal prep for the week 🤤

Sweet and sticky pork belly

Tried another new dish today, sweet and sticky pork belly over rice, it was very good! Only wish I had made a bit more of the sauce for the rice 🤭 will definitely have to make this one again with a few adjustments.

Desert making

Littlery made it once but can’t figure out a name for it nor the ratio of -heavy whip cream -white chocolate melted - home made raspberry jam

Algunas mini tartas de manzana

Almuerzo 🤗
