I made a chocolate cake with pecans

grilled fish with herbs and spices

Grill a large tilapia (or any other fish) over charcoal, seasoned with salt, and serve with seafood dipping sauce, sweet dipping sauce, chili dipping sauce, and various vegetables. You can also eat it with rice noodles or vermicelli, depending on your preference for the dipping sauce.

It's a taco kinda night

Some home made tacos. BBQ pulled pork, rice, grilled onions & green peppers, jalapeños, cheese and a light salsa. Taste was 👌/👌 Normally I make these with chicken, but I didn't want some leftover meat going bad.

Chicken Pot Pie w/Cheddar Bay Biscuits

I made this the other day because it's been a little cooler out, and I needed a cozy meal. A classic chicken pot pie, but with a twist. Instead of a pie crust or puff pastry, I used a cheddar bay biscuit mix on top. It's a perfect comfort food! Definitely a hit! 😋
