Made some Japanese curry few days ago, first time tried cooking it, even tho the packaging says ‘super spicy’ its still just mildly spicy for me, but overall its good 😌

Japanese Curry

I haven't made it in a while so I decided to make some Japanese Curry with a soft boiled egg. One of my favorite foods tbh. I will have to eat it over in Japan when I visit again in the fall. Last time I was there was 2019, nearly a lifetime ago. The curry was great btw. Very filling.
