I know. It's just a hypothetical. It seems that a number of ladies would pick guy #1, but most seem reluctant or unsatisfied with that. Trying to figure out why ladies say they want good guys, yet they toss them out to the curb, get damaged and hurt by a bunch of losers, then come back around in their 40's seeking the guy she threw to the curb in hopes that he's got enough super glue to put her back together. Seems to be some messed up thinking going on in some women's brains

How do you know your man (or the one you'll end up with) isn't settling for you? Settling wasn't really the topic of discussion either. It's about choice. What values do women really want vs the values they actually chase. Your personal life wasnt brought into the question.

This is actually a very perplexing topic when coupled with your post for the lads. I try to be a neutral observer on stuff like this. I see comparing genders like comparing apples and oranges. They are fruit but have no other place to compare on the same level because they are different. Not that an apple is superior to an orange, just different. People are dynamic where if one gender has a weakness, the other can merge and provide the support the other gender lacked. We are equal in the way that both genders do not have it all in one. However, your posts seem to lead with your conclusions of the scenarios before even getting any raw data to support that. The way you worded the lad's question suggests you see women as having the specific ideal role of being as virginal as possible while serving hand and foot for you in the kitchen and bedroom. The post for ladies suggests you think women only care about money and have no self respect. Both of these scenarios seem like toxic examples to me. Women are not baby factories or maids and men are not just pocket books or joysticks to ride. I think these examples show how traumatized people have become where both of the sexes embrace toxic ideals of each other and it just further drives a wedge between men and women as a whole.
