So I am out of a long term relationship. The last 2 or 3 years I basically felt more alone when we were together. I am now ready to meet new people. There is this girl at work, we get along very well, we went out together a couple of times, but I can't tell to save my life if she is just being friendly or flirting. I want to ask her if she would like to date but I am also afraid of not ruining a good friendship or make things awkward. How does one approach something like this?
