Level up in real life

Pretty much every gamer I know is a huge nerd. I often wonder if some of them have full blown Peter Pan Syndrome, but I love them anyway. We’ve been talking a lot about programming and philosophy lately. I’m really into Integral Life Practice, a psycho technology developed for synergistic growth. Ken Wilber is anathema to most academics because he’s considered too spiritual, but his framework matches up with everything I’ve read in “The Neurogenesis Diet & Lifestyle” by Brant Cortright PhD. I actually was thinking about developing an open source app to track my progress, just like a D & D character sheet, but a heck of a lot more intricate. ILP is modular, so it’s like having an infinite amount of skills and feats available for you to acquire. I’ll probably have to enlist the help of AI to develop it, but I am so excited about tech news lately. 6G internet in Japan. 3D printed conductors. AI designed electric motors. I’m worried that the five hour rule will have to be changed to the ten hour rule if I’m going to keep up. Anyone else got any tech news they’re excited about?
