Nope! This is a lie that keeps getting perpetuated. You are not ahead or behind no matter your age. Why? Because everyone is different and you need to stop comparing yourself to others and where they are. However if you are feeling this way, take small steps towards whatever it is you want to accomplish. If it means taking five minutes out of your day to do something. Take those five minutes. Your five minutes closer to what you want to accomplish. Take it slow or fast. But don't give up. Keep fighting. Keep winning. Keep losing. Losing is important because it teaches you how to get back up and try again. Failure is a learning experience and use it as such.

I'm finally at a point where I'm going to put effort into a potential relationship that as it currently stands, wouldn't work out. But taking things slow, that'll present the opportunities to compromise or move on. I don't do sacrifice anymore because it's rarely worth the cost.
