Panic mode

When your brain tells you to panic, and you cant stop it even though the other side knows it will all be ok. Just hold on for 23 more hours and you will be ok, but also spiral and panic. (edited)

Genuinely no offense meant - this is funny to me because I recently found out I’m ADHD and my car is actually a Ford Focus….which I would probably never find in a parking lot if it wasn’t bright blue and didn’t respond to the key fob lock button with a useful loud noise! 😂
