Depends on what you mean by work, I'd say. Can you expeience love and joy without physically touching your partner? If so, then that would work. Do you need physical touch for it to work? Then it ain't happening. It can be a fun way to share an experience with a partner, but it's not for everyone

The truth? It can work if both parties try to make it work. Throw away the insecurities, the anxiety and make little online dates. It makes all the difference. I'm about to start one because we are about to meet up in a month and so far, it's going great. We've been having 13 hour long conversations. Didn't know I could talk that long with someone til I met her on boo.

I believe it definitely works. I've been in an ldr for 6 years. My biggest advice: you never know someone until you meet them in person. Finally met him, lived together for a year, it was the worst experience of my life. Keep in mind, you don't know how a person lives. You don't know if their routines are compatible with yours. Some relationships should stay long distance.

I was in a long distance relationship for 4 years. It totally depends on both the partners, if they can understand each other properly and are aware of the fact that they won't see eachother that often then I believe will be no issues. But it's really hard to keep the connection strong with a person who tou can't even touch so regularly.

It can work but both need to completely understand the limitations this will create and be willing to compromise on things to accommodate their partner so they feel wanted. It is extremely difficult

Today's technology made it so that you can have a video call to see each other and chat and a lot of relationships already start off this way because of the internet. I think it's tremendous work to do it but if the love is there Ive seen people move 6000kms to be with their significant others. So I guess it depends on how much you are willing to do. 😊

I believe it can,assuming you don't plan to keep it that way. Trust is much harder and lies are easier to tell, when the primary interaction you have is a 30 minute video chat a few times a week. Lack of physical intimacy and trust seems to my biggest hurdle in current relationship...2.20 years so far...we'll see I we can hit 3
