I feel like when I'm being myself is my best me probably doesn't make much sense though I don't think I'm better when I follow the same code everyone is on or expects me to be on

The best version of myself knows what I want, how to get it, and is confident enough to be able to convert acquaintances to friends without a tremendous amount of anxiety. (edited)

Why not?!

I feel like I have been various forms of my best self throughout life. Late 20s I was my best physical health self and most social self. Mid-30s I was my best service to others self. Early 40s (current) I am my best mental health self, best diet self and best self care self.
