So I got hungry late gaming with the homies and pulled out the puff pastry though and through this together. I have to say if you want to make an easy homemade apple pie just use nature valley granola when caramelizing the apples (I used honey crisp) Enjoy! (edited)

Made a chicken roulade with ricotta and spinach filling and rice 😊😊

Have not cooked a roast in a while.

Cooked roast pork with veges and gravy (Classique) for Nan, Dad and Uncle. Went well and felt rewarding, have not cooked much for this side of my family before.
