First, I think it is people who use the word "stupid" without any real sensible and justifiable reason behind. They call things or people "stupid" just to insult or to belittle and as a way to feel superior. Second, it is people who generally just say or do things without any sensible reason. They just do or say stuff usually with a very simplistic reason to feel or look "good", "special" or "important". But not because what they say or do is "useful" or "sensible". Third, which sums up the first 2 points, it is generally people who do not think much. Some people are actually lazy about thinking. They could "think/analyse" things a bit more but they find it too "tasking". They would rather go with the easiest and quickest probable answer/reason for doing/saying something. -Now, I think it is mostly "iNtuitives" mbti types who could have the capability to think/analyse things but they get lazy. -I think "Sensing" mbti types can completely lack the capability to think and are instead able to just stare or do something when the mind is completely blank of any "reasoning". 😅 -N.B I am talking about the "less intelligent" "iNtuitive" and "Sensing" types. The more intelligent "Sensing" types can use their sensing powers in useful intelligent practical ways. -Similar mbti types have the same cognitive functions but the strength or frequency of the cognitive functions varies. (C.S Joseph analysed this concept well in one of his videos about mbti types on youtube.) So you can have two people of a similar type but when one is more intelligent than the other. Or you can have a sensing type who is more intuitive than another because the frequency of their less dominant intuitive function is stronger. Fourth, Narcissism makes people stupid. Because some people Only think about "getting attention". It does not matter if what they are saying or doing is stupid as long as they get people to look at them or talk to them!!! 😬 (One of my worst are the "Ne" types who enjoy arguments just for the sake of it even over pointless things.) -But there are intelligent narcissists too. People who want to feel superior to others but who get attention and superiority by doing intelligent useful stuff. The most intelligent narcissists are even able to know and understand that they have a narcissistic disorder. I found one called (Sam Vaknin, a youtuber, who also talks about "stupid narcissists"). My other favourite is Robert Greene, who has written books like "48 laws of power" and "Laws of human nature". These people understand their narcissistic disorder and they also know that not "everyone" is a narcissist. (I got fed up with how most narcissists think that everyone is like them!) -To sum it up, I think it is poor reasoning capabilities or a complete lack of reasoning capability.
