My mum (which at the moment has covid) asked me one day if I can take care of her when she's sick. Last week she wasn't feeling too good and did a covid test. At that time I was in class and she text me saying she was positive. So I rushed home to see if she was OK. Thank god she was. Yesterday I had a stuff party. I told I'm not going as I need to take care of you. She told me to go and have fun. I went but and after a few hours I texted her asking if she was OK. She told me she wasn't. So I rushed home. Today as I was cooking for my dad and my mum. I went in her room and gave her dinner. She told me that someday a girl will appreciate everything you'll do for her. I told her no deserve me as I'm too wried and quiet and the last relationship I had was too toxic and too abusive. She told me this "dav I know you loved her alot but she wasn't the one for you. I raised you so well that taking care of your mother shows alot of kindness. Someday you'll find someone. She knows how heartbroken I am but she knows I care too much. A little bit of kindness make the world go around especially this time of season. Let's be kind to everyone even for those who hurt us the most.
