Sometimes this will work against you, keep you from taking risks and pursuing goals you wish to reach. Any risk, your brain will perceive as a threat. Acknowledge this, and remember, you can still choose to go after your dreams. And if you at times are too exhausted to be able to do much of anything... It can be a comfort knowing your body is trying to protect you. Be kind to yourself and ease into small changes that challenges you.
