< just information of kimchi>

When you think about korean Almost of people thinking about eating kimchi And at least, in korea, even you hate a kimchi you must to eat a kimchi once🙂‍↕️ Fun fact is if you thinking about spicy kimchi Normally that's don't traditional one, throughout the korean history using a white radish, make a not spicy kimchi... that's original kimchi to called by "동치미" But after 16 century, chili pepper will be famous so they start to make a kimchi using a chili pepper ,but don't using a whole cabbage , that kind of time made "석박지" And recently(before 100 years ago maybe), our country using a chili pepper and whole cabbage make a kimchi but depend on climate, flavor change and after war mixed regional flow so nowadays normally make a same way but still have a making way is different from section to section If you interested in kimchi, I will recommend a food trip with your friend or family haha😁😁 Hope to be enjoying this kinda story dude🤣 (edited)
