A friend of mine verbalized a dish to me casually the other day. “You know, it’s rice, cauliflower, ginger, shallots, rolled into balls and baked”. I had some time on the weekend so I just made them, with intuition. I added nigella and sesame seeds, white and black. Chive from my garden instead of shallot. The next day I ate some cold with hummus, they were amazing! I love that moment when you hear a recipe and you can just see it you know, you can see it in your mind, you just kno w the ratios, you can see the texture, the form the dish will take. I love these cooking moments. #food #vegetarian
