how I become fully depended on my parents at thr age of 26

I haven't worked since the pandemic season (2020) during pandemic I got really scared about social life so I started more introverted life and started thinking about having distanced job on computer, I had my grandies in village (countryside) so I planned to renovate my countryside house there and live temporarily with my grandparents until the season ends. It took that my grandparents get covid and they passed away, at the end of 2020 and at the start of 2021. after that my father was still helping me renovating the house for 2 years also there was some kind of interval after grandparents death too. It took 2021 summer and 2022 summer when we made conditions for living. So time by time my neighbors felt total freedom and since we weren't in that house they get some kind of tradition of listening the music very loud ( I mean really loud) also told their kids to play at the entrance of their house yard (which my grandfather gave to them) they reasoned that their own kids were disturbing them with the noise So last year I fully disappointed about my countryside home and those last time my mother started controlling my actions just because I was depended on their salary, felt dominant like never before So now I really wanna live alone just to stay away from everyone but I'm gonna rent a house in a city which is expensive and I don't have any income Starting a job now already can be risky that my nerves one day might be done cause it's long time that I'm not comfortable how they threat me and all the nerves I've got is from doing nothing
