9moRewriting The Script
Now I remember... we weren't supposed to let the tragedy continue. We weren't supposed to play in a tragedy that someone casted us in, it was never our role to play, never ours to bear. The tired narratives. It's been a long journey personally. A part of the lesson was generational. An unclean spirit they say, had plagued the generations. Jumping from generations to generations. A spirit of unfogiveness. But more specifically for me was the spirit of anger and bitterness that followed down the line and I was called to stop the cycle. I've seen some succumbed to it but I know it's not my job to tell them what to do - especially since the relatives low key hate me 😂 haterrrs. But it stems from their own wound anyway, got nothing to do with me haha. Imagine hating on me - it's ridiculous 🤣🤣 I'm kinda joking, kinda not And another lesson was to rewrite the script on love. I'm still learning it though. So what is love? Love is easy. Love is abundance and it is abundant. Love doesn't have to be earned. And if it doesn't feel like that, especially when stemming from inside of me, then it's an indication of a block or wound. But love is not forced though. It flows naturally. I don't need to work for love, I am enough just as I am (positive affirmations 😆). Love is unconditional. We are all lovable. Making effort in building a connection is an absolute must but I was talking about the mindset that blocks us from loving freely with no strings attached and without dishonoring one another, even ourselves. Love is not conditional. But it does require self-love and healthy boundaries to protect the love that we have. Well, this part requires wisdom and discernment. Sometimes the problem is people actually fear love. Where they subconsciously think love equals hurt due to past experiences or stemming from childhood. Where love equals pain. Or struggle love. That old identity can shift. Real love is healing, real love is healthy. Love builds. We don't chase love. We embody love. We are love. Yes, in reality it will never be perfectly smooth sailing. I'm just talking about the blueprint 😆 I am love. You are love. I started from love, I end with love. Self love is a lot of things. Even doing what's best for ourselves is self-love. But I got a lot to do lol so don't look at me 😆 It's okay though cause sometimes we don't know any better, all we ever did was actually self love even when it's mistakes. Just needed to tweak it a bit or more haha. Not to make excuses for ourselves and you'll know it yourself. A part of self love is giving yourself grace anyway. We came here to grow and create. Well that was the assignment originally. Be fruitful and multiply. Another part of self-love is to forgive yourself (in some cases, repentance is required as well). Being gentle with yourself when you were harsh on yourself. And to drop shame and guilt that was never meant to be carried forever. A part of it is to keep moving on (no matter what that demon said 😆) and improving ourselves out of self-love. Even re-parenting ourselves. Love and accept yourself unconditionally and send love and gratitude to the past versions of yourself. They did their best and didn't have all the answers. Learn to choose yourself, prioritise yourself, make time each day for your happiness. When others have impure intentions or don't have your best interest at heart or even just basic decency, let them go and cut them off. Or at least lock the gate until they genuinely change (but usually they just clowning around 😆). You can't heal anybody. You can be a guide.. Like sometimes if you feel like it, but it will trigger them, or maybe I don't know if you a therapist hahaha. But don't hold their hand because they need to grow on their own sometimes. Sometimes they need to learn their lessons on their own. Unless... Well I shouldn't think too much because sometimes we sacrifice for love especially when it's children but anyway, use your own discernment haha. You can't heal anybody. Only to be the catalyst. You can't heal someone who refuses to look at the root cause and doesn't want to heal themselves. You don't owe anyone anything. Nobody does. But as long as you have a beating heart, you are worthy of love. Just as everyone. But we're not entitled to other people's affections and... You know what I mean 😆 stop being controlling or trying to possess, let it go, let it goooo. Love attracts so just keep doing you and self love and healing love blocks and the right people will be attracted to you. Nature shows us we're worthy of love no matter what by providing for us abundantly (but you know how greed made humans deplete resources and didn't think of the long term effects and stuffs). And you do deserve love. Sometimes love comes in different forms. From a kitten, a puppy, your niece, nephews, whatever kinds that are real. If you believe in God, God loves you. Or the universe loves you. If someone ever made you feel like you're asking for too much or is not enough, then it's because they weren't enough or it just wasn't a match (I mean unless there's something wrong there or selfishness or something then there needs to be a time for reflection and course correction). But it's true that we should guard our hearts just don't put too high walls up (unless it's an enemy 😆) and to heal any wounds. The present moment is a gift, and change is the only constant. Also, renewing our hearts and minds, energy cleansing everyday helps.. just saying. Remember, you are whole and complete on your own. You are a soul or consciousness that is going through this material world journey. It's okay or even good to have pure, untainted desires but there is no need to be codependent. (sometimes I yap on here but it's a good reminder for myself as well hahahaha)
