I really don’t get it 😾. Do you think such posts boost someone’s confidence or are they more for the author’s own benefit? Don’t you feel they might actually have the opposite effect on someone’s self-esteem? Some people even subject themselves to this—men in particular! For example: A guy posting: "Ladies, please rate me—where do I fall on a scale from 1 to 10?" Or a post saying: "Rate yourself or ask me," directed at a specific gender. This kind of behavior is absurd, regardless of gender. Rating yourself or for someone else like this is bit harsh. Unless there’s a solid, meaningful reason behind it—please, enlighten me. You don’t need validation from others. Looks don't rule.. character does. You’re amazing as you are. As for men or women who post such questions, I think it says something about their character—if you’re sharp enough to see it. (And if u really want to indulge in their game..then go for answer 10/10 not any less for ⬆️ those ppl.) #questiones #dating

Despite my "irksome" feelings towards such posts which I find [redacted]. I can justify why guys prefer such assessment over any else. Simple and straightforward - Easy to understand from their pov, once they get the mark, that's it, case closed. However, if they get lower than what they actually want, they will keep it to themselves and only would mention it once the situation permits, to enhance their way of thinking. I hereby offer better alternative to the public, which is to ask for subjective assessments instead. "I have these pictures, which areas should I improve on?" "How's my biceps/ c l e a va g e? are they according to standards of your preference?" Sounds too formal?? "I think I'm conventionally attractive, which celebrity or famous people do I resemble the most?" "What's the possibility of me looking like the Grinch??" My point is to be creative when posting, asking rates is too overrated (edited)
