My friend of mine whose lightly obese started working out just 1 months ago wanted me to make 6-day workout split so he can gain more muscle. But instead i challenge him to do calisthenic (bodyweight workout) instead. Challenge yourself to go to sleep and wake up everyday at the same exact time Challenge yourself to commit to do 10 leg squats a day And gradually increase it the difficulty Its not about sprint but its all about marathon! #randomthought
