For example, if we feel frustrated because something is not going the way we want it to, the energy of the Sacral will push us to find a solution or take concrete steps to overcome the problem. Meanwhile, emotions triggered by triggers and emotional waves relate to emotional responses to external or internal stimuli. These can be feelings such as sadness, anger, joy, or anxiety triggered by certain situations or experiences. These emotions have more to do with our awareness and interpretation of the experience, and can be influenced by various factors such as memory, perception, and the emotional state of the moment. Both have power that can be felt by others, especially by those who are sensitive to emotional and Sacred energies. However, emotional energy can often change the dynamics of a room or interactions between individuals, while Sacred energy tends to be more focused on motivation to act or change circumstances. As such, although the two are related and can be felt strongly by other individuals, the core difference between the two is that emotional energy is related to awareness and response to experience, while Sacral energy is related to the underlying impetus for action and the vital force that motivates us to move forward or change a situation.
