I've been 15 days clean from an addiction I've had since I was 12 I'm so excited for what the future holds for me and I'm happy people around me have been supporting me as much as they can.

My nighttime routine is my favorite form of self-care: a warm shower, skincare from head to toe, and a few sprays of my favorite cologne. I may be sleeping alone, but I still love ending my day feeling fresh, clean, and smelling amazing.

1 year anniversary
As of January 2023 I will have been 1 year cigarette and vape free. I'm very proud of myself and anyone who gave up something they were addicted too. I tried for years to quit with no luck this is the first time there's zero temptation. Been smoking cigarettes since I was 11 it was about time 😇😇 (edited)
Using Mandala coloring to counter mobile addiction

How do you balance your video game play with your work, family, kids and everything? I find that not all gamers are good at finding moderation. It's easy to become addicted to and start neglecting your responsibilities.
