Every. Year

It's been 9 years....and every year between June and August, my anxiety becomes crippling. I can't sleep. Nightmares are a regular occurrence. I don't understand why, after all these years, it doesn't seem to be getting any easier.

Can't handle work...

Can't handle reality anymore. Can't think about work. I can only manage myself, and my own interests, anything more ends up causing dissociation and massive anxiety....
