Been in the gym for 10 months now, rn this is my schedule: Monday and Thursday: chest, shoulders and triceps Wednesdays: Leg day Tuesday and Friday: Biceps and back. Been feeling like I can do something better, have tried rest pause, etc. But still feel like can do something better. Should I change my training plan??

Did Brianstorm exercise on foundation level 3 and intermediate level 1, fastest speeds too (14kph to 17kph). Might be ready for intermediate level 2 in a few weeks (15kph to 18kph). Won't lie, been really pushing my body to the limits the past week. 💪🏻😄 (edited)
