Never. Ever.
Never ever skip leg day. Most important to train for a myriad of reasons. Still missing my hyper extension bench, new one ordered before starting leg day. Makeshift kegs lol did RDLs, then RDL Kang squat complexes, then kang squat to keg squat complexes, then went up in weight for keg squats. This is above my bodyweight. Only doing 5 speedy reps per set. Happy RED Friday folks!
