Clean Jerk and Caveman cossack squats. Warmed up with fizzio Swiss ball bridge curls, 2 sets of 7 regular, 7 frog, and 7 regular again, and finished the day with sumo stance single leg RDLs. Hamstring comes in two's like biceps. Find them and fry them! 🐸

Did the math, took my current 5x5 working weight, noticed it was just under 1.5xBW so I added 5lbs, now I'm doing 5x5@1.5xBW when, apparently, only 5% of men can squat 1.5xBodyWeight and I'm only 25lbs from doing 2xBW, again, something I haven't done since 2019. Let's fuhcking goooooooooo
