I can't get PTSD out of my head.
When I was a naval cadet my seniors force me to eat until I vomit and have me eat my own vomit again and again and again until my mind broke. Almost 8 years since then but it still stuck in my head. And this is just one of many thing they have done to me. #depression #mentalhealth #ptsd
