I noticed that many women have this terrible misconception, that being arrogant,  pretty / beautiful is enough.

On the other stuff, yeah physical attraction does matter to an extent, but it's good to remember that the quality of life you'll lead together is going to be based on shared values, shared goals, and the ability to love and respect one another.

Yes you argue, yes you get on each others nerves at times, but you choose to work on maintaining the respect of one another and keeping each other safe. Much like your best friend who has been adopted as family at this point, that's what I'd say is marriage material.

Happiness is a plus, but both that goal is the individuals choice in seeing it positively and that pleasing people isn't anyone's job. (Even hospitality and the service industry have a line)

Nothing is perfect, people will make mistakes but safety, understanding (hanlons razor) and support should be key to communication.

Depends what kind of husband I'm looking for. A love match is different from a practical marriage of convenience.

Marriage of convenience: Handsome enough to not be insulting for people to see us together, rational, cunning, honest, respectful of the contract obligations, tolerant of my eccentricities, gives me space, keep private matters private, won't hold me to gender expectations, outside of a professional setting (I wear a mean mask), etc.

Love match: Sexually attractive, to me, (this is not the same as being handsome, as there are generically handsome men that I am not attracted to, quite often); respectful, devoted/dedicated, honorable, and ardent; finds my eccentricities endearing/cute, and loves me for them; intelligent/cunning and/or self-aware (self-aware if not the brightest bulb in the box. I can appreciate adorable, loyal, idiots); as dangerous as I am capable of being; possesses similar interests, outlooks (a little more or less idealistic is acceptable), and values; is maybe more extroverted than I am (I do like being dragged out of the darkness, on occasion); supportive; enjoys cleaning, doesn't believe in gender roles, easy to have conversations with; kinky (or open to exploring) with Switch or brat leanings... basically someone who is willing and able to maintain a fantasy, in reality. Oh! They also have to be willing and able to be a good model, and exploratory, culinarily.
