Nije bilo dovoljno raditi AthleanX deltoidnu dužinu ili super setove sa tegovima za zgibove do 5 log potisaka sa mojim 3RM, ne lol morao sam da uradim 4 runde ovoga 😉

Da li postoji #svetskirekord za čučanj? 9 minuta je bilo moje najduže, nenamerno, tako da sam, nakon trčanja, sprinta i rada u poprečnom pravcu sa svojim klubovima i kettlebell-ima, izdržao 10 minuta. Evo zagrevanja sa zamahom dok radim iskorake pre finalnog seta sa 12kg klubom, koji je uključivao 10 BHN čučnjeva, naizmenično zamahivanje dok radim iskorake 10 na svakoj nozi, zatim sam prešao na svoju slabiju stranu i uradio 10 zamahivanja do naizmeničnih... pročitaj više

Duga priča skraćena, moja najnovija kettlebell nije stigla, pa nisam mogao da uradim još jednu sekvencu sa kruškama, tako da sam morao da smišljam plan B, a to je bilo raditi Tabatu sa svojom telesnom težinom na kettlebellu, što obično podrazumeva osam rundi ili 4 minuta rada, što je 20 sekundi... pročitaj više
