Don't give up!

For those who are feeling down right now and don't know why, to whomever is feeling like a change to improve or to anyone who believes someone will never change I want to tell you that change is possible for everyone you just gotta commit. 2016: I was on my last year at school I was highly depressed and unmedicated, which at the time made me toxic and I never understood empathy I was at 16 stone, no moral compass, every relationship I'd back out of because I was insecure even though I'd do anything to be with them and even attempt to destroy their relationship to be with them, I'd stop talking to everyone except her. I would purely hate someone from the smallest stupid little thing. I would bottle everything up. That's a smaller overview. 2023: I'm on meds, I understand empathy now, I have morals, I have respect for others and myself, I'm confident in all of my abilities, I lost a ton of weight, I would never hate anyone now just dislike, I rent a home now, I've got a stable job I'm happier then I was before, I now write and draw to express my pent up emotions, I'm proud of who I've become. Change is 100% possible for everyone your just got to work on it and keep pushing and elevating yourself, keep going and don't stop because you may not in the place you want to be but that doesn't mean it won't happen this time next year, maybe 6 months, or even tomorrow.
